Co-Host Dr. Anthony Balduzzi (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/fitfather) The importance of mental sharpness as a man isn't focused upon nearly enough in general. But what almost NEVER gets covered is how important it is to attracting women and keeping them attracted. Dr. Anthony Balduzzi is a men's health doctor who specializes in maximizing your physical health for overall effectiveness. That means he has distanced himself from the 'sick care' culture prevalent nowadays in healthcare. One of the most significant parts of his practice is helping men identify the causes of the 'brain fog' that affects a frightening number of us nowadays, eliminate it if it affects us and--most of all--prohibit it from happening in the first place. For starters, how much of what's going on here can be attributed to "Long Covid", as kind of a sub-pandemic? Tune in as Dr. Balduzzi explains a whole host of different factors that affect mental acuity nowadays, leaving us to wonder how any of us as men can keep our wits about us at all. So what are the different ways our mental sharpness is under assault, even from some unexpected angles? How much of what we're warned about in this regard is 'tin foil hat' conspiracy theory compared to what's backed by peer-reviewed medical science? And perhaps most curiously of all, what is it about guys who are 'naturals' with women that may go well beyond the obvious? I'll tell you, this turned out to be one of the most informationally valuable episodes in recent memory. After recording it, I told Dr. Balduzzi I felt like I my medical insurance should get billed for the session. Yes, what he talks about is THAT powerful and essential. Co-Host Cyndi Olin (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/olin) Sometimes even after nearly 400 episodes, it occurs to me that we've let a reasonably important topic somehow slip through the cracks after all these years. This time we're catching up on the idea of second dates. It all started when my long-time friend and erstwhile Clubhouse colleague Cyndi Olin wrote an excellent article to her mostly female audience about why men don't ask women out again after the first date. Although she warned her readers the real reasons aren't what they may seem, it occurred to me that plenty of us as men can't always put our finger on the 'why' there, either. So naturally, we kick off the show by hashing that question out. Then, Cyndi herself brings up the idea of what I call 'warm levity'...and the version of it she teaches women. Where should you go on the second date, and what questions should the two of you ask each other? What changes if you're not exactly relationship-minded right now? Do people sometimes go out on second dates even if they're not really interested? If so, why? What are some red flags we should be looking for on second dates? Why are so many men AND women more fearful on second dates than first dates? Get in on the latest Masterclass For Men and more when you visit https://mountaintoppodcast.com

Co-Host Joe Gatto (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/chef) As you may know, I not only love to cook, I have always loved cooking for women. Having that ability is like holding the codes for the nuclear weapon of attraction, and I've literally written the book on the subject. So you may be wondering why it has taken me so freaking long to talk about it on this show. Well, as is typically the case, it's all about having the right guest. Joe Gatto is a celebrity chef on radio and TV who absolutely, positively agrees that we as men gain a legit superpower when we can cook for the woman in our life. In fact, he'll be the first to tell you how women love a man who can cook, because that's exactly how he got his wife to adore him. Now listen, even though Chef Gatto is well-known for making everything from scratch (including his utensils and even his charcoal), he's completely on board for making this all-conquering skill as simple as possible for you to learn. Stay tuned for practical steps to wowing women with your apparent culinary prowess, along with how to literally set the table for romance. What's more, Joe and I also reveal WHY all of this works so well (hint: it's SCIENCE), which helps you have even more 20/20 foresight when attracting women. And of course, we also talk plenty about why it is that so many of us as men eat so poorly, the three major pitfalls most of us as men face when cooking for ourselves, and how we can start eating a more healthy and nutritious diet without taking hours and hours out of our busy schedule to do so, and certainly also without breaking the bank. In fact, it's probably more expensive for us to eat poorly than to eat well. Co-Host Michael Allison (https://mountaintoppodcast.com/allison) Whether we realize it or not, any adversity and trauma we experience earlier in life tends to have a deeply detrimental effect on both our mindset and our relationships later. My guest's story is about as clear a demonstration of that dynamic possible, which alone makes it worth hearing. But the flat-out truth is Michael Allison has faced more ordeals--sometimes one after the other--than most of us have had to endure. Yet, he ultimately refused to quit, and refused to be a victim. Nowadays, he's living his best life and wants the same for every man within the sound of his voice. So, how did Michael bounce back from years of struggle...emerging with a growth mindset rather than what he calls a 'fixed' mindset? What does it mean to 'break the bottle'? Why is it actually easier to be vulnerable when you should be than most guys expect? Is a long-term relationship with a high-quality woman truly the ultimate 'status symbol'? And while I often say a great relationship shouldn't feel like work, what is the actual work we need to do ahead of time in our own lives to be ready for that? This episode is one of the most inspiring ones, for sure. But what's more you'll find the discussion not only empowering, but entertaining. Finally get your success with women on track. Co-Host Emily McKay (https://www.deservewhatyouwant.com) Every one of us has found ourselves out on a date with someone who creeped us out. And no...it's not gender-specific. But what does 'creepy' even mean? Why is it often so hard to define? Well, in this episode Emily joins me to break down exactly what constitutes such infamous creepy behavior...and how it tends to impact men and women differently. Is it possible some people don't even realize they're being creepy? Do others know for sure they are in fact creeps, but like it that way? What's more, why is it perfectly normal guys are often so concerned they're going to come across as creepy? How do we relax and avoid that worry...lest it weirdly become a self-fulfilling prophecy? What is the difference between male creepy behavior and the female version? How many women out there have somehow convinced themselves it's impossible for them to be creepy? Stay tuned for the one shining example of how the absolute best of intentions can actually backfire spectacularly and seem insanely creepy. What are the warning signs that the person you're with is starting to get creeped out? Next, Emily creeps me out in real time by randomly shifting the discussion to disgusting bodily functions...and in doing so makes a really good point. What kind of behavior might be creepy when you barely know someone, but completely normal and okay once you've been around each other for a while? And why is that? Under what rare circumstances could a certain person get away with something socially that would be creepy if nearly anyone else did it? If a first date is going in a creepy direction, is there any way to salvage it? Is 'Mr. Nice Guy' creepy to women? How can a man who by all appearances should be the most attractive to women easily end up being the creepy guy instead...for the same reasons? And why is is that whether we move too quickly or too slowly sexually, we're creepy? Get on my calendar and talk to me. The first 25 minutes is free: https://mountaintoppodcast.com
