You've likely heard the phrase 'feminine gifts' before, especially if you're familiar with the works of David Deida. But have you ever stopped to consider exactly what it is that the feminine wants to bestow upon the masculine? I mean, obviously there's sex. But as my long-time friend Zan Perrion and I have both recognized all along, women want to bring so much more joy, value and fulfillment to us above and beyond that. Yes, women are designed for pleasure, but there's SO much the MGTOW and red-pilled guys are missing out on when they hold a low view of the female gender. How have so many men grown jaded and pessimistic toward women? What, if any, is the way out of that mindset? Well, Zan and I have each had disastrous experiences with women in the past, yet both of us still love women. Are we crazy, or is there a transcendent factor at play here? Indeed there is, and this episode gets to the very heart of the matter--which is how we think about women, and indeed also what we think OF women. So then, what amazing, almost super-heroic transformations happen when we LIKE women? What are the visible signs that women are responding to us better? And are we necessarily behaving badly toward women simply by acknowledging both we and they are sexual beings? And what should you do if you're currently experiencing a drought with women and find what we're talking about here entirely impossible to believe? Isn't it time to get a total sweetheart of a woman into your life? The first 25 minutes is free when you schedule your call with me at https://mountaintoppodcast.com

Returning guest Jonathan Catherman not only wrote the book on masculine preparedness, he's all about teaching our sons and daughters to be self-reliant and gritty as well. In the wake of a year's worth of unforseen crises of varying magnitude, lots of us as men are rethinking whether or not those 'disaster prepper' guys really are the overreacting conspiracy theorists many of us thought they were. Indeed, although the toilet paper hoarding and such at the grocery stores when COVID hit affected most of us, both Jonathan and I have respectively seen other layers of panic-inducing shortage situations since. Back in March, here in Texas we experienced the unprecedented cold snap accompanied by freakish snowfalls that we dubbed 'SNOVID'. Meanwhile, even now Jonathan is dealing with a gas shortage in his hometown of Charlotte, NC. So basically, isn't it time for all of us to admit we should apply some 20/20 foresight to potential crises that may arise in the future? After all, our minds and bodies respond far better to challenges we're prepared for than to blatant threats. For this reason, Jonathan prefers the concept of preparedness to survival. So then, should we should stockpile on canned goods, ammo and firewood...or is all of that secondary to mindset and attitude? Discover the one factor Jonathan considers paramount above all others in order to be truly ready for a crisis, which he repeats several times in this episode. Also, find out the secrets of military veterans and first responders gleaned from years of proper and effective training. Hint: A lot of this comes down to focusing on what you CAN control versus what you cannot. And in the here and now, how are YOU preparing to meet and attract the woman of your dreams? Obviously, your voice matters on many levels. Your opinion, your beliefs, being assertive, and the like. But what about your real, literal, actual speaking voice? Well my guest is not only a bona fide voice coach, she has the real-world street cred to back it up. As fortune would have it, she was basically the real-life Anna from 'The King And I', having been hired by the King of Thailand to teach his son, the prince. Despite her many adventures, rest assured that Kelly is not only down-to-earth, she indeed 'talks the talk' with a mellifluous voice in her own right. In this episode, you'll not only discover why even the subtle nuances of your voice are so important, but also how and why it'll make or break how attractive you are to women. For starters, what are the building blocks of your speaking voice? Why is it that most of do not like the sound of our own voice? What does our voice subcommunicate about who we are? How does our voice fluctuate based on a variety of societal and environmental conditions? What are some examples of chronically unattractive voice types, and how do we make sure they do NOT affect us? Is it okay to have a unique, or even quirky voice? Why does tuning our voice matter especially much to English speakers? And once and for all, what is it about a man's voice that turns women on sexually at the most primal level...and why? How does improving our masculine voice help us in other areas of life? What if we have an accent...should we change it, or capitalize upon it? And of course, what do you do if you sense you need to work on your voice? My guest Scott Yenor is a professor of political science at Boise State University and a Washington Fellow of the Claremont Institute. The main focus of his work is on the family in political thought. I first found out about him when he was on the Tucker Carlson show, of all places, where he discussed the fascinating social dynamic of how we as men tend to avoid marriage and fatherhood in our younger years, only to wish we had a wife and kids in our later years. Above and beyond that, this episode is a deep dive into societal agendas imposed upon men, women, sex and relationships. In his book, 'The Recovery of Family Life: Exposing the Limits of Modern Ideologies', Yenor exposes the three main pressures on men, women and family life in the post-modern world. Regardless of which party you tend to vote for, I invite you to tune in for this all-important discussion of how powerful social movements absolutely influence our dating, relating and sexual patterns in western culture. Not only do we get to the bottom of why we as men in particular are scared to death to become husbands, let alone fathers, you won't believe how many different outside influences have been working against male/female relations and the family unit as we know it. I also issue a special invitation to any man out there who has become jaded against women and negative or bitter toward them. Listen closely, because your conclusions have probably been influenced--or as Scott would say, 'unbuckled'--in more subtle ways than you've ever considered. And wait until you discover what Scott calls 'the problem with no name'. Subscribe to the free newsletter, get the free special reports and more when you visit https://mountaintoppodcast.com
